Dear Delegates,
It is with immense pleasure and excitement that I welcome you to the 13th Edition of Oakridge Junior Model United Nations 2025, held on 30th, 31st October and 1st November.
It is truly amazing that this conference has been a platform for learning, innovation and transformation for 13 years, and continues to inspire with every new edition. Over the years, Oakridge JMUN has grown into more than just a conference — it has become a tradition of collaboration, diplomacy, and leadership. This year will be no different; across the three days, you will not only be debating pressing global issues but also building friendships, exchanging ideas, and discovering the power of your own voice.
As Secretary-General, my commitment is to ensure that Oakridge JMUN 2025 is a truly memorable experience for every delegate. Together, I, along with the Secretariat, will work tirelessly to create an atmosphere where debate thrives, ideas are respected, and each of you feels empowered to make this conference your own.

My own journey with Model United Nations began at Oakridge — with curiosity, a bit of nervousness, and a strong desire to learn. I hope each of
you will use this conference as the starting point of your own journey — one that pushes you to grow, to question, and to realise that each of you
is a force to be reckoned with, and no one can tell you otherwise.

Oakridge JMUN is a premier junior-level Model United Nations hosted by Oakridge International School, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, designed exclusively for students of Grades 6–8.
It provides young delegates with a unique platform to develop skills in diplomacy, debate, and global problem-solving through structured training, engaging committee sessions, and collaborative dialogue, while also fostering confidence, leadership, and lifelong friendships in a professional yet inspiring environment.
